The overall objective is to investigate the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior with organizational feedback and job adjustment among the staff of the Lordegan Education Department. The statistical population of this study is all employees of the Education Department of Lordegan. Cochran\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s formula was used to determine the sample size. Finally, the sample size was 141 persons. The research method used in this study is a descriptive survey with acceptable validity and reliability. Descriptive methods (frequency, mean, standard deviation) and independent t-test, univariate t-test and multivariate analysis of variance were used to analyze the data. The research hypotheses were analyzed by regression test and prioritization of variables using Friedman test. این پژوهش به دنبال تعیین رابطه میان مؤلفه های رفتار سازمانی با بازخورد سازمانی و در میان کارکنان اداره آموزش و پرورش شهرستان لردگان می باشد. هدف کلی، بررسی رابطه میان رفتار شهروندی سازمانی با بازخورد سازمانی و سازگاری شغلی در بین کارکنان اداره آموزش و پرورش شهرستان لردگان می باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، کلیه کارکنان اداره آموزش و پرورش شهرستان لردگان است. برای تعیین حجم نمونه از فرمول کوکران استفاده شده که در نهایت حجم نمونه 141 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است که از روایی و پایایی قابل قبولی برخوردار است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده های جمع آوری شده در پرسشنامه ها از روش های توصیفی (فراوانی، میانگین، انحراف استاندارد) و نیز از آزمون t مستقل،t تست تک متغیره و تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره جهت تحلیل های آماری اطلاعات فردی استفاده شد. بررسی فرضیه های پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون رگرسیون و اولویت بندی متغیر ها با استفاده از آزمون فریدمن صورت گرفته است. /downloadfilepdf/182288
