In this study, data collection was done by field method and three questionnaires of information technology, entrepreneurship and career advancement were used to collect data. The sample of this study is the statistical sample of this study consisting of 150 high school employees of Lordegan city who were working in the academic year 1977-98. They were selected by stratified random sampling using Morgan table. The data were collected by questionnaires and filled out individually. Questionnaires were administered simultaneously to the sample population. Data were analyzed by SPSS software using descriptive and inferential methods. It has been done that in the descriptive method, the raw data and data are classified by certain methods and in the form of tables and statistical charts are first obtained from the individual subjects. In the inferential section, we determine the relationship and severity and the relationship between the subjects\' views on each dimension. هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی رابطه بین استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات با پیشرفت شغلی کارکنان مدارس متوسطه شهرستان لردگان و با توجه به ماهیت موضوع و هدف اصلی پژوهش از روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی استفاده شد. در پژوهش حاضر از جمع آوری اطلاعات به روش میدانی و جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات از سه پرسشنامه فناوری اطلاعات، کارآفرینی و پیشرفت شغلی استفاده شده و متغیرها توسط پرسشنامه ها سنجش شده‌اند. نمونه مورد مطالعه در این تحقیق نمونه آماری این پژوهش شامل 150 نفر از کارکنان مدارس متوسطه شهرستان لردگان است که در سال تحصیلی 98- 1397 مشغول به کار بوده اند ،که به شیوه تصادفی طبقه ای و با استفاده از جدول مورگان انتخاب شدند. روش گردآوری اطلاعات بوسیله پرسشنامه ها یی که در اختیار آنها قرار داده شد و شیوه تکمیل پرسشنامه به صورت انفرادی بوده و پرسشنامه به طور همزمان بر روی افراد نمونه اجرا شد بود و روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با کمک نرم افزار SPSS بصورت توصیفی و استنباطی انجام شده که در روش توصیفی، اطلاعات و داده های خام با استفاده از روش های معین طبقه بندی شده و به صورت جداول و نمودارهای آماری ابتدا از تک تک آزمودنی ها حاصل شده است و در قسمت استنباطی به تعیین ارتباط و شدت و جهت ارتباط بین نظرات آزمودنی ها در مورد هر یک از ابعاد پرداخته می شود. /downloadfilepdf/188857
